Pascal Nagorny advises and represents employers and employees alike in both out-of-court and court proceedings. A particular focus of his work is advising executives—from the careful drafting and negotiation of service and employment contracts to the clarification of complex issues of directors' and officers' liability. In addition, he has extensive experience in advising and representing clients in disputes relating to the termination of employment relationships, particularly in connection with terminations, termination agreements, and settlement agreements. His professional career has taken him to work for a large interdisciplinary law firm as well as a Hamburg-based law firm specializing in labor law with a focus on employee representation. Pascal Nagorny's priority is to represent his clients' interests efficiently and sustainably.
